Williams of Monroe County, TN Lorenzo Dow Williams m. Francis P. Williams Abt. 1855, children of Lorenzo Dow and Francis: Lidia P. Williams Lorenzo Dow Williams JR. Robert N. Williams William A. Williams Lorenzo Dow Williams Jr. m. Minerva Jean Secrest, Abt. 1888. Children of L.D. Williams Jr. and Minerva Jean: Eva Enis Williams b. 1899 Nancy Ann Williams b. Abt 1905 Samuel Williams b.Abt 1903 This family also met with disaster!! Minerva Jean passed away in 1907, L D Williams Jr. passed away 1912, leaving these 3 children to his father, L.D. Williams, they stayed with their grandfather until he passed away in 1917, they were orphans....through my census search I discovered an unusual situation, Eva, 20, was a servant in the Milsap household, Nancy Ann, 15, was a SERVANT, in the Mason household, but Samuel,19 was staying with his GRANDMOTHER, Nancy Gardner!!!! I have the Census for Monroe County, TN...Anyone needing a look-up just e-mail me!!!
